We are seeking a Plant Controller to provide end-to-end finance support for a portfolio of manufacturing plants across North America. As a key finance business partner, you will work closely with Plant Managers and Site Leadership Teams, delivering financial insights, forecasting, performance management, cost control, and strategic decision support that drive operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary finance partner for multiple manufacturing plants across North America.
- Partner with Plant Managers and site leadership teams to improve operational and financial performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly close reviews, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support productivity, cost-saving, and value creation initiatives across assigned sites.
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance,



and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Manufacturing Finance, Plant Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Operational Finance.
- Strong understanding of product costing, inventory management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- SAP experience required; Material Ledger and Actual Costing experience are highly desirable.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
