We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Print Production & Graphic Design Specialist to support a fast-paced U.S.-based print and promotional products company specializing in DTF printing, signs, banners,stickers, custom apparel, and promotional products. This role is adecuado for someone highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop who can efficiently turn customer-supplied artwork - including low-resolution images and AI-generated graphics—into clean, professional, print-ready files. it into clean, professional, print-ready files.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for digital and print (social media, web, ads, presentations, packaging,, brochures, business cards, ads, print, billboards, digital creative, direct mail piece)
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce on-brand, engaging creative materials: logo work and brand guides, email marketing, etc.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through execution.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Adobe Illustrator — vector artwork, logos, resizing, and custom files
- Photoshop — artwork cleanup, background removal, color correction, and mockups
- Prepare print-ready files for embroidery, DTF, signs, banners, stickers, etc.




- Cleaning up and preparing AI-generated artwork for production
- Customer proofs, artwork revisions, order entry, and following up on missing files
- Ideally, some video editing experience to help showcase your production process on social media

Qualifications

- 4+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio with examples of branding, marketing campaigns, and digital design.
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visuals.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
