Descripción

- Lead Treasury and Finance Operations activities across multiple LATAM markets, ensuring strong execution, governance, and service delivery.
- Own cash flow visibility, liquidity planning, and banking operations while partnering with regional and general finance stakeholders.
- Drive working capital performance through effective management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Collections activities.
- Strengthen financial controls, risk management practices, and compliance across transactional finance processes.
- Lead process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and business visibility.
- Develop performance metrics, reporting, and actionable insights to support decision-making and operational excellence.
- Manage, coach, and develop a regional Finance Operations team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to support growth, scalability,



and business objectives across the region.

Perfil buscado

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience across Treasury, Working Capital, Finance Operations, Shared Services, or related finance functions.
- Proven experience managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and operational finance processes.
- Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, and working capital optimization.
- Track record of leading teams, driving accountability, and developing high-performing professionals.
- Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations with regional or international exposure.
- Strong process improvement mindset, with experience implementing controls, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly desirable.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
