We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who loves building high-quality, scalable software and wants to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll design and deliver end-to-end features, influence technical direction, and help elevate engineering standards across the team. You’ll work with modern technologies, own your work from design through release, and help shape our future architecture.

What You’ll Do

- Design & Architecture: Drive technical design for features and systems; document and present solutions.
- Build Great Software: Develop high-quality services, UIs, and data components using modern engineering practices.
- AI-Led Development: Use AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and exploration of technical solutions; apply an AI-augmented engineering mindset to improve both speed and quality.
- Quality & Testing: Ensure reliability with automated tests and strong acceptance criteria discipline.
- Operational Ownership: Add observability, monitor health, and use data to improve system performance.
- CI/CD & Release: Contribute to fast,



reliable build and deployment processes.
- Incident Response: Participate in on‑call rotations and help improve system stability over time.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, promote strong engineering habits, and influence team-wide technical decisions.

What You Bring

- 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience building production systems
- Strong skills in backend, or full‑stack development in .NET frameworks
- Expertise in GitHub, AWS/Azure/GCP, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD tooling
- Experience designing solutions and leading engineering workstreams
- Solid understanding and practitioner of cloud‑native development, automated testing, and observability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A mindset of ownership, continuous learning, and raising the engineering bar
