Junior Payroll Analyst at BairesDev

As a Junior Payroll Analyst, you'll support payroll processing and compliance activities, strengthening your payroll expertise. You'll assist with calculations, maintain records, and learn best practices under the guidance of experienced payroll professionals.

What You'll Do

- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate payments.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating systems.
- Help prepare payroll reports and reconcile accounts.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and policies.




- Participate in payroll audits and compliance verification activities.
- Learn and apply regulations, tax laws, and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in payroll processing or related HR roles.
- Basic understanding of labor regulations.
- Familiarity with payroll software and spreadsheet tools.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Advanced level of English.
