Junior M&A; Analyst at BairesDev
As a Junior M&A; Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the corporate development team in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. You'll assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and market research while developing your skills in corporate finance and strategic analysis under the guidance of experienced professionals.
What You Will Do
- Assist in financial analysis and valuation of target companies.
- Help conduct market research and industry analysis.
- Support due diligence processes and documentation.

What we are looking for
- 1+ year of experience in finance, corporate development, or related field.
