§Invoicing

§Day to day management of customs activities related to the implemented programs (Seals, plates, etc)

§Shipping Data Processing

§Customs documents audit and validation.

•Maintenance and enhancement of processes and procedures on operations activities.

•Training of customs related operational personnel.

•Day to day management of multiple customs optimization programs.

•Responsible for customs auditing

•Coordination of regulatory compliance in customs with other internal responsible parties

•Supervise work of assistants/clerks/coordinators.

•Ensure the quality (accuracy, completeness) of customs data.

•Support the efforts of the compliance area

•Customs Brokers Coordination

•Assets management layouts ICS.
