The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and proper operation of manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, process improvements, and technical support to minimize downtime and ensure safe and continuous production operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of industrial electricity, motors, controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI programming or troubleshooting.
- Experience with VFDs, sensors, and industrial machinery.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to work adaptable schedules or shifts, if required.
