Role Description The Industrial Engineer A role at FYUL is a full-time, on-site position based in Tijuana, BCN. This role Possesses and applies a wide range of engineering techniques, practices, and procedures within their area of ​​specialization, enabling the resolution of complex projects and problems—requiring analytical skills and initiative—with minimal supervision.

Planning, scheduling, and management of manufacturing projects (analysis of demand capacity, installation costs, and return on investment).

Implementation of controls (process and quality).

Communication with suppliers to ensure timely follow-up on requests for process improvements.





Maintains operational documentation issued by engineering.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and performance measurement,
- Industrial Engineering expertise for workflow design, capacity planning, and systems optimization.
- Manufacturing Engineering and Process Improvement skills for production line optimization and implementation of lean methodologies. (Essential)
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical recommendations clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks is an advantage.
- Advanced English (reading and writing skills sufficient to deliver presentations and/or interact in meetings)
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Minimum of 12 years in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in an engineering department preferred (manufacturing systems, new product introduction, and process engineering)
