MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Position Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience who is interested in continuing to develop their career while working onsite in the United States.

The adecuado candidate has a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to new environments, technologies, equipment, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary depending on the project and assigned area, but may include:

- Support the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Analyze mechanical problems and identify practical and effective solutions.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, manuals, and engineering documentation.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Assist with equipment inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance.
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, operations, production, and other technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, procedures, and records.
- Learn new equipment, technologies, processes, and systems as required by the project.
- Follow applicable safety procedures, engineering standards, and client requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and independently research solutions when necessary.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or related technical functions.




- Good conversational English with the ability to communicate in a professional work environment.
- Practical experience working with mechanical equipment, systems, maintenance, manufacturing, industrial operations, projects, or similar engineering environments.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies, equipment, and processes.
- Self-directed and proactive approach to learning and problem solving.
- Willingness and availability to relocate and work onsite in El Paso, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:

- Industrial or manufacturing environments
- Mechanical maintenance
- Production equipment
- Pumps, motors, compressors, or mechanical systems
- HVAC or utility systems
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Equipment installation or commissioning
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering tools
- Continuous improvement
- Safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

- Mexican citizenship
- Valid Mexican passport
- Cédula Profesional
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Good conversational English
- Willingness to relocate to El Paso, Texas
- Willingness to work 100% onsite
- Willingness to complete the TN Visa process
