Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential for success in this role.
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems and tools
Positive attitude and a desire to help customers succeed
Own equipment Windows 11
