We are hiring Environmental EHS Analyst

Reporting to QA Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with STPS regulations and applicable NOM standards.
- Support and participate in STPS inspections and audits, including preparation of documentation and follow-up of findings.




- Maintain required STPS records, permits and safety documentation.
- Identify safety risks and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Support workplace safety programs, inspections and training.
- Follow up on compliance with PPE, safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Work directly with plant personnel and unionized employees to reinforce safety standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to occupational safety and compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Occupational Safety & Hygiene or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Quality, EHS or Occupational Safety.
- Mandatory: Experience with STPS inspections/audits and strong knowledge of Mexican STPS regulations and NOM standards.
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP.
- Experience with audits, CAPA and risk assessments.
- English B1 preferred.
- Organized, proactive and hands-on.
