Hispand is looking for motivated and professional Outbound Call Representatives to join a campaign supporting a U.S.-based tax relief company.
In this role, you will contact potential customers, learn about their situation, identify individuals who may qualify for tax relief assistance, and connect qualified prospects with a tax relief representative.
This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable speaking with people over the phone and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
Ask questions to understand the customer's situation.
Identify and qualify potential prospects according to campaign guidelines.
Transfer qualified prospects to a tax relief representative.
Accurately document call information and results.
Follow campaign scripts, procedures, and quality guidelines.
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Compensation Commission Opportunity: Earn approximately 12,000 - 18,500 MXN based on campaign performance and qualifying results. Your earnings will depend on your individual performance, successful results, and the campaign's compensation structure.
