HR Specialist
At DACHSER, we connect people, markets and opportunities. As an HR Specialist , you will support key Human Resources processes while contributing to a positive employee experience and a strong organizational culture.
What will you do?
Support recruitment and selection processes.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
Support training and development initiatives.
Provide HR support to employees and managers.
Maintain accurate HR information and documentation.
Participate in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Support HR reporting, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders across the organization.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.




Previous experience in Human Resources.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
English proficiency is desirable.
