Job Title: Senior Associate – OneStream

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working with OneStream in a finance or technical capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
- Proficient in SQL, XBRL, and financial data modeling within OneStream.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with other FP&A; or EPM tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- OneStream XF certification or equivalent training.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate with expertise in OneStream to join our finance and technology team. The idóneo candidate will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes using the OneStream platform. This role requires strong analytical skills,



technical proficiency, and experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain OneStream solutions to support financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within OneStream.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and resolve system issues to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes by optimizing system workflows and generating financial reports.
- Assist in the implementation of OneStream upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support end-users and stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Stay up to date with OneStream best practices, features, and industry trends.
