PDE Intern (Process Development Engineering Intern)

Position Summary The PDE Intern is responsible for supporting PDE I, PDE II, and PDE III Engineers with tasks assigned by the PDE Supervisor. The intern will assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes while gaining hands-on engineering experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the construction and validation of engineering samples and prototypes.

Assist in tracking and implementing changes to Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Create and update assembly routes and manufacturing processes.

Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Perform time studies for new and existing manufacturing processes.

Assist with plant layout modifications and workstation improvements.

Support engineering change implementations and related documentation.

Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations.





Qualifications

Active student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum English proficiency of 70% (spoken and written).

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interact confidently with English-speaking corporate visitors and team members.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Humble attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness for professional development.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
