You Are

UST is searching for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA rollout for a manufacturing facility in Mexicali. The consultant will work directly with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and IT teams to understand local processes, validate the global SAP template, identify localization requirements, configure SAP EWM, support testing, and help drive a successful deployment.

The Opportunity

- Lead or participate in SAP EWM process workshops with Spanish-speaking business users
- Understand existing warehouse and material-flow processes and map them to the global S/4HANA solution
- Configure and support SAP EWM processes including: Inbound receiving and putaway, Outbound picking, packing, and shipping, Internal warehouse movements, Storage types, sections, and bins, Warehouse tasks and warehouse orders, Handling Units, Physical inventory, Replenishment, Staging of components for manufacturing, Production supply and goods movements
- Support integration between SAP EWM, MM, PP, SD, and S/4HANA manufacturing processes
- Identify gaps between the general SAP template and Mexicali plant requirements
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows where required
- Support master-data validation and data migration activities
- Prepare test scenarios and support unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution
- Support end-user training and knowledge transfer in Spanish




- Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

- 5+ years of SAP warehouse-management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM, preferably embedded EWM on SAP S/4HANA
- At least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout involving EWM
- Experience supporting warehouse processes within a manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of integration between EWM and SAP MM/PP
- Experience with testing, cutover, data migration, and go-live support
- Strong communication and business-facing consulting skills
- Language Requirements:
- Spanish: Fluent / Native-level required
- English: Conversational to professional proficiency preferred
- Preferred:
- Experience with manufacturing companies in automotive, industrial manufacturing, medical devices, high-tech, electronics, or similar industries
- Previous experience supporting SAP deployments in Mexico
- Experience working within a global SAP template rollout
