Job Title: Senior Associate – SAP HCM (Time Management & Payroll)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, focusing on Time Management (TM) and Payroll (PY) modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll regulations, and time management best practices.
- Experience with SAP configuration, integration, and troubleshooting for TM and PY modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM reporting tools and payroll systems integration is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certified Application Associate – Human Capital Management with focus on Payroll or Time Management.
- Experience working in multinational or multi-country payroll environment
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate with deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules, specifically Time Management (TM) and Payroll (PY). The adecuado candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing SAP HCM processes related to employee time tracking, attendance, absence management, and payroll processing.
This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Time Management (TM) module, including attendance, absence, shift planning, and time evaluation processes.
- Support the Payroll (PY) module, ensuring accurate payroll calculation, retroactive accounting, wage type configuration, and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather business requirements and implement SAP HCM solutions accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time and payroll data, system workflows, and integration points.
- Support month-end and year-end payroll runs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Participate in testing and deployment of SAP HCM upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Provide end-user support and training related to Time Management and Payroll functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies related to employee time tracking and payroll processing.
