? We’re Hiring: Scheduler (On-Site, Mexico) ?

This is a full-time, 100% on-site role requiring advanced English proficiency (C1) and at least 6 months of experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar field.

? Position: Scheduler

? Location: Mexico (On-Site)

? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm (to change to 7:00 am – 4:00 pm in November, Central Mexico Time)

? Experience Level: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service, Tech Support, or related roles

? Language Requirement: Advanced English (C1)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate service appointments and manage daily scheduling for caregivers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Respond promptly and courteously to client calls and inquiries.
- Work closely with associates and the Office Manager, acting as a liaison to evaluate and improve service.
- Assist with sales, marketing, public relations, and recruiting efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee records and ensure compliance with organizational standards.




- Perform on-call coordinator duties as required.
- Uphold the company’s vision, mission, and core values in every interaction.
- Multitask efficiently in a high-functioning office environment.
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Support general office and clerical functions.

What We’re Looking For

- High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
- Excellent organizational, telephone, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic office and computer skills.
- Knowledge of common medical terminology is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
