As a Senior Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain processes. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory activities to support timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Honeywell’s logistics operations by improving transportation strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable service and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain and production goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize operations.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE





- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management roles.
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize logistics processes.
- Experience managing vendor and carrier relationships.
