Manager (Business) / Program Manager Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Experience: 10+ Years Level: Advanced / Senior Industry: Banking / Capital Markets / Asset Management Function: Business Transformation / Enterprise Change / Investment Operations Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and coordinate business-driven initiatives across the Enterprise Change Office (ECO) and Investment Operations (IO). The role will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and delivery partners to drive strategic and operational initiatives within the Asset Management domain. The adecuado candidate will have strong experience leading cross-functional business initiatives, managing stakeholders, driving execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

This is a business-focused project/program management role, rather than a hands-on IT delivery position.

Required Qualifications - 10+ years of experience as a Business Project Manager, Program Manager, Management Consultant, or Transformation Lead.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional business initiatives that extend beyond traditional IT delivery.
- Strong understanding of Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services operating models.
- Experience working with Investment Operations, Front Office, Middle Office, or related financial services functions is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into executable project plans and deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.




- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and project reporting.
- Strong consulting and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience supporting change management, communication, and organizational adoption.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and workstreams while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience working with Asset Managers, Investment Firms, or Capital Markets organizations.

- Experience managing large enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and global stakeholders.
- Background in Management Consulting, Enterprise Transformation, Strategy, or internal transformation teams.
- Exposure to technology-enabled transformation initiatives involving data, platforms, automation, or operational improvements.
- Experience working with global teams and geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
