As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. Configure system requirements for various Human Resources processesincluding, but not limited to Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, Leave & Absence.

Provide end-to-end businessprocesses, supported by technical configuration.

Completion of course ofstudy/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.





~ Responsible for supporting project workstreams and/or teams.

~ Advanced English level.

~2+ years of related experience with Workday development or support in HR/Finance implementation handling case management and platform support or experience as a Workday end user.

~ Experience with designing/testing/integrating a core HR system.

~ Understandingof HR data models, especially Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Security, businessprocesses and organizational hierarchies.

~ Superior Communication Skillsin Spanish and English, both written and verbal. limited sponsorship may be available for this role based on business needs and applicable law. Professional development
