We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated Product Manager to join the Service Frame Office team. In this role, you will lead and manage R&D; initiatives focused on resolving emerging technical challenges, enhancing existing products, and developing innovative solutions across multiple portfolios, with a primary focus on Steam Turbine and Auxiliary Systems service product lines.

You will collaborate closely with global manufacturing and engineering teams to drive product development, standardize best practices, and support the implementation of new technologies. This position will also play a key role in integrating digital solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to enhance product development, improve operational efficiency, and support projects across all Siemens Energy frame and engine classes worldwide.

How You'll Make An Impact

- Lead and support product development initiatives within the R&D; portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and release service product packages.
- Coordinate global integration efforts across manufacturing and factory hubs, promoting best-practice sharing, lessons learned, and process qualification activities.
- Drive and support engineering efforts related to steam turbine fleet performance, including operational monitoring and technical evaluations.
- Initiate, facilitate, and lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for Steam Turbine systems and auxiliary equipment to identify corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and support the creation of engineering documentation, technical recommendations, and product release packages.
- Engage directly with customers to discuss technical issues, mitigation plans, solutions,



and new product developments, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
- Support service product line strategies by identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to increase automation and improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners on product design concepts, technology evaluation, and solution development.

Expected travel to be approx. 25%

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering/technical field with at least 10 to 15 years of professional experience, master’s degree preferred
- Strong program management and communications skills, networking building, and solid engineering background (Mechanical Engineering preferably). Note: Combined cycle and balance of plant experience is desirable but not required.

- Operational mindset with a hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of second language considered an asset
