Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Juárez, CHH The Industrial Sales Representative (Vendedor Industrial) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves conducting sales meetings, presenting tailored solutions, managing client inquiries, and offering product training when necessary.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities to build and maintain relationships
- Proven experience in Sales, with proficiency in negotiating and closing deals
- Experience in providing Training and guidance to clients or team members
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a hybrid work setting
- Previous experience in industrial sales or MRO at least 4 years
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish is required; additional language skills are a plus
