DiDi Integral Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Support Engineer to monitor fintech system performance, review requirements, and collaborate with peers and vendors to resolve issues.
You will develop a solid understanding of financial payments and ensure a high-quality product release.
This on-site role requires English communication, ownership, and cross-functional teamwork.
You will execute UAT test plans, maintain dashboards and alerts, and respond to production incidents during 9am–9pm shifts
