We are seeking a Regional HR Partner to serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders across Mexico and assigned countries in the Americas region. The role requires a hands-on HR professional with strong experience across Employee Relations, Labor Compliance, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Actions, and HR Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise managers and leaders on employee relations and HR matters.
- Manage Performance Management, PIPs, Corrective Actions, and Terminations.
- Handle employee relations cases, documentation, and workforce actions.
- Support organizational changes and employee/manager processes.
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, People Relations, HRBPs, and COEs.
- Triage HR cases, resolve matters within scope, and escalate when appropriate.
- Monitor HR, Payroll, and Benefits KPIs and dashboards.
- Support HR processes through HRIS and case-management platforms.




- Navigate local labor law and employee representation requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience.
- Direct experience advising managers and leaders.
- Strong Employee Relations experience.
- Experience with PIPs, corrective actions, performance management, and terminations.
- Experience with workforce actions and organizational changes.
- Knowledge of local labor law, unions, works councils, or employee representation.
- Experience partnering with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, People Relations, and HR COEs.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday or equivalent.
- Experience with case-management or ticketing platforms, preferably ServiceNow or equivalent.
- Bilingual English/Spanish, written and verbal.
- Strong discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- Experience working in matrixed or dotted-line environments.
- Strong cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
