1. Coordinate customs operations between China and Mexico. Communicate with the headquarters in China, Mexican customs authorities and third party service providers. Handle daily customs declarations, document submission and process follow up. Ensure smooth customs clearance.

2. Handle customs clearance issues in Mexico. Identify the causes of clearance delays and obstacles. Coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems. Reduce customs and compliance risks. Ensure stable and efficient supply chain operations.

3. Review and verify overseas supplier invoices, logistics invoices and customs expense invoices. Ensure that billing information is accurate and compliant. Complete document filing and reporting. Control operational and financial costs.

4. Manage IMMEX compliance for bonded operations in Mexico. Maintain knowledge of local bonded trade regulations.



Supervise daily operations, material movements and import and export records. Conduct regular compliance reviews. Identify and reduce regulatory and operational risks.

5. Develop, screen and manage overseas suppliers. Conduct supplier qualification reviews and daily supplier management. Establish standardized supplier SOPs and work procedures. Establish supplier evaluation criteria. Regularly evaluate supplier performance, service quality and compliance. Continuously optimize the supplier base.
