- lead and implement automation projects focused on improving manufacturing processes and productivity.
- provide technical support and troubleshooting for plcs, hmis, and automated production equipment.
- perform sustaining engineering activities and resolve production equipment issues.
- support the assembly, installation, integration, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- design and develop fixtures and automation solutions for manufacturing operations.
- manage the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for automation projects.
- participate in kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
- drive 5s implementation and process standardization efforts.
- ensure technical deliverables, project timelines,



and performance objectives are achieved.

what your background should look like

key requirements

- 5 to 7 years of experience in automation engineering or similar roles.
- advanced english proficiency.
- bachelor's degree in mechatronics engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
- strong experience programming and troubleshooting plcs (allen bradley, omron, keyence, siemens).
- hands-on experience with robots, cobots, vision systems, hmis, and variable frequency drives (vfds).
- knowledge of sensors, motors, and servomotors.
- proficiency in autocad for electrical drawings and schematics.
- experience managing automation projects from concept through implementation.
