- smt process (screen printing, reflow oven, pin trough hole, wave soldering, ict, test).
- mechanical integration(top level).
- lean six sigma

activities / responsibilities

- implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.
- kaizen, to improvement the production processes.
- mapping (vsm), to describe the current condition of process or line, to find opportunities of improvements.
- advice to document improvements implemented in production floor by different departments.
- standardization of all stations and structures to pipe structures, give it a radical change at plant image.
- improve visual factory in assemble stations.
