The program manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.*responsibilities:* organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.* in charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.* provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.* oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.* reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program,
