key responsibilities:

- lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
- identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
- facilitate kaizen events and implement lean tools.
- analyze manufacturing processes using data-driven methodologies.
- develop and monitor kpis to measure improvement results.
- coach and mentor teams in lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- collaborate with operations, engineering, quality,



and supply chain to deliver sustainable improvements.

what we're looking for:

- bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication experience preferred)
- lean six sigma green belt or black belt certification
- strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, kaizen, value stream mapping, 5s, standard work, and root cause analysis
- conversational and written english required
- strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills
- ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead change initiatives
