We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support logistics and distribution operations within a general organization.

Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to Mexico City and/or San Martín Obispo, State of Mexico .

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee SAP logistics processes, including Deliveries, Shipments, GR, and GI.
Supervise distribution activities and operational performance.
Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Transportation providers.
Investigate and resolve operational issues.
Generate operational and statistical reports.
Support operational cost analysis and reporting.
Manage on-site audits and compliance requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee scrap-related processes.

Qualifications:

~3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
~ Experience with SAP and Power BI.
~ Strong analytical and reporting skills.

~ Intermediate English proficiency.
