As a Full Cycle Recruiter & Hub Coordinator you will be responsible for leading the full talent acquisition lifecycle for high-volume retail positions across Bosch's Power Tools, Home Comfort, and Automotive Accessories businesses.

This role goes beyond recruitment. You will act as the primary point of contact for Hiring Managers and business stakeholders, owning the end-to-end hiring process from requisition intake through onboarding readiness. You will be responsible for recruitment execution, stakeholder management, reporting, preboarding coordination, hiring administration, documentation tracking, and new hire readiness.

Main Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume retail, field sales, promoter, merchandising, and commercial positions.




- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, assess, and present qualified candidates within established timelines.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the interview process with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining service quality and speed of execution.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main Talent Acquisition contact for Power Tools, Home Comfort, and Automotive Accessories business units.
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate intake meetings, business reviews, and hiring follow-up sessions.
- Provide recruitment market insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Anticipate hiring risks and implement mitigation actions to ensure business continuity.
