Eaton/u2019s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Finance Supervisor. /n/n## What you/u2019ll do:/n/nBasic function: /nThe Plant Finance Supervisor serves as a Finance business partner to the Plant Finance Manager and Leadership Team, providing timely and accurate financial data and analysis to enhance financial decisions and using continuous improvement framework to contribute on plant financial targets. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day Finance Operations activities like costing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis for Automotive business unit. /n/n /nMain responsibilities and authority: /n/n/u2022 This position is responsible for the day-to-day Finance Operations activities like costing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis./n/n * Preparation and analysis of weekly payroll projections, including participation in forecast and annual Profit Plan processes./n/n/n/n/u2022 Coordinate and perform variance analysis of forecast, WOR, month end closing and Profit Plant.
