Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Master Data Analyst.

What you’ll do:

Maintain full updates into CRM system (SAP) as well as any customer request related with new customers, sold-to settings, ship-to settings, lead times.

Job responsibilities

• Review contract updates.

• Attend mail box for customer request related with modified accounts and sold-to/ship-to adjustements.

• Review and release invoicing activities for preventive maintenance.

• Update projects individual projects assigned by Functional Manager.

• Create and close tickets for requests related with modified accounts trought Sales Force tool.

• Follow up for service request in regards of new accounts to be set up.

• Able/Unable accounts into CRM (SAP).

• Assure to block obsolete parts reported.

• Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution.

• Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow.

• Work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests.

• Correct assignment for other Divisions request.





• Portal webs maintenance.

• Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

Qualifications:

Education level required

• Bachelor degree necessary in administration, commerce or similar field is preferred.

Years and area of experience required

• Minimum 1 year customer interaction/support experience.

Skills:

Technical knowledge

• Knowledge of CRM software and SAP is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to speak, read, listen an write in English.
