Evaluate license usage and complete true-up requirements for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies, leveraging customer analytics and metrics, and applying insights for Spanish-speaking clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English,



with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role, with bilingual experience preferred.
