Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in tax administration? Join a growing international team and support U.S. tax operations while working remotely from anywhere in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain tax documents and client records.

Follow up with clients regarding missing information and tax documentation.

Track tax return statuses and pending items.

Support tax preparers with administrative and operational tasks.

Manage workflows and help ensure deadlines are met.

Deliver outstanding client service and timely communication.

Requirements:

C2 English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory.

1. 3 years of experience in Tax Administration, Tax Support, or similar roles.

Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work U.S. business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).

Nice to Have:

Experience working with a CPA firm, accounting firm, or tax preparation company.





Familiarity with U.S. tax processes and documentation.

Experience with Tax Dome and/or Drake Software.

Background supporting tax professionals and client-facing operations.
