Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.



As an Administrative Assistant, you will... Assist in data entry and maintenance of records within our internal databases Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries Here's what you need...
