Role Summary This is an execution-focused role within an AI-first operating model: automation handles detection, matching,

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities · Execute day-to-day maintenance and updates of account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce, with particular attention to US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts. · Investigate and resolve flagged duplicate account and contact records using data-quality tooling (for example, Openprise, Validity/DemandTools, Cloudingo), following the team's deduplication standards. · Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for every hierarchy change and deduplication action, consistent with IPO-readiness data control standards.
