Summary
We are currently looking for a Information Systems Jr Mgr to join our team in Mexico City. The Information Systems Jr Mgr manages a team of individuals whose primary objectives are to coordinate with the business units and information system (IS) vendors, facilitate application or technical infrastructure development, related with Procurement and Purchasing Applications, and participate in budget planning. Manages coordination with NML and the US – MX – Canada - LATAM affiliate companies as required for specific projects. Understands Nissan business strategies and initiatives to develop information technology strategies and roadmaps as needed. Identifies, implements, and manages policies, procedures, and processes that contribute to the organization's objectives.
A Day in the Life:
- Strategy: For the business unit and/or technology area,



you support, understand the business strategy, and align the required project portfolio, initiatives and budget to support it. This includes alignment with regional and general strategies as well.
- Roadmap: For the business unit and/or technology area you support, establish the plan, timing an order of initiatives that support the business strategy/initiatives, maintains current levels of hardware/software, plans and supports cloud migration of core systems and accounts for changes in regulations, information security.
- Business Value: Proactively align with business and technology partners to raise new initiatives, automation, digitalization and innovation that offer additional business value, improve the customer experience, solve business problems and/or provide efficiencies to the organization.
