You will own your pipeline, drive revenue targets, and lead the full sales cycle while collaborating closely with our Marketplace and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client success.
Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
Collaborate with Marketplace and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and successful execution against client expectations.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM, providing regular updates on regional market intelligence and competitive feedback.
Represent PubMatic at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand visibility and strengthen relationships across the region.
5–8 years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably in ad tech, programmatic, SSPs, DSPs, or managed services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas in a B2B environment.




Strong network or ability to build relationships within holding companies and direct advertiser organizations in Mexico; regional LATAM contacts are a plus.
Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, trading desks, managed services, and media agency operations.
Fluent in Spanish and English (required). Portuguese is a nice to have.
Comfort with remote work and regular collaboration with stakeholders across multiple time zones and regions.
