Engineering Change and Samples Coordinator III
Key Responsibilities
- Lead root cause analysis and brainstorming sessions to develop effective corrective actions.
- Generate and implement cost reduction ideas as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee product documentation releases and engineering change management.
- Provide technical support and resolve product-related issues for internal and external customers.
- Train local and global resources on product knowledge and engineering processes.
- Own the design and technical performance of assigned products.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product engineering or electronics manufacturing.
- Advanced English proficiency (TOEFL score ≥ 300 or equivalent).
- Ability to manage and interpret SPICE simulation software results.
- Experience conducting and training others on FMEA, design analysis, and product release documentation processes.
- Availability for occasional travel.
