Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for piece flow from receipt of raw materials until shipping of finished goods guaranteeing a high level of inventory accuracy.

The main missions of the role are:
- Provide direction to personnel engaged in inventory management (receiving, material handling and shipping)
- Ensuring the accurate receiving of components from suppliers utilizing principles outlined in Faurecia’s 7 Inventory Basics including timely reception of goods
- Properly storing raw components in their designated area utilizing visual management tools to proactively communicate potential part shortages to material planning team
- Participate in Engineering Change Meetings and implement First in First Out (FIFO) in warehouse to minimize impact of obsolescence material do to product changes
- Develop and execute manufacturing and finished goods delivery schedules in accordance with customer requirements




- Prepares standard work instructions/procedures detailing the material management and logistics process.
- Oversees all activities related to material management of a product, from component receipt through delivery of a completed unit.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Responsible for the mobilization and development of employees to optimize their performance and growth.
- Define measurable indicators to track performance and drive improvement.
- Identifies and leads continual improvement events.
- Provide timely communication with the Plant Management Team on issues impacting performance.
