This role owns financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, working capital, inventory, cash management, financial reporting, controls, compliance, and business partnering activities.



The position acts as the primary finance leader for the business, supporting executive decision-making and directing shared service teams responsible for transactional finance processes.What a typical day looks like:* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.* Own P&L;, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash performance.* Provide financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.* Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards.* Support internal and external audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.* Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to drive business performance.* Review and approve business cases, commercial proposals, and investment decisions.* Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, controls, and reporting.
