As a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations at Delinea ,



you will combine the delivery discipline of a TPM with hands-on ownership of the tools, vendors, and financial operations that keep Engineering running effectively. You will drive cross-team programs to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery while owning the vendor lifecycle and developer tooling that our Engineering organization depends on.
In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between Engineering and key partners across IT/BizApps, Security, Legal, Privacy, FP&A;, and Cloud. This is a Hybrid position in Mexico city

Program & Delivery Management
Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent software development projects across various Engineering teams.
Proactively identify and resolve blockers that may impact project delivery, mitigating risks through early detection and strategic problem-solving.
Maintain and communicate project status using tools such as burndown charts, dashboards, and progress reports.
