As Indie Campers General Manager responsible for overseeing all North American revenue operations to drive performance in terms of gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management to achieve regional growth and profitability targets. You will be the key driver of regional success,



ensuring that all aspects of the business are aligned with the company's goals and standards.
You will be joining our Revenue team in our Regional Office, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and working closely with the your regional and the HQ team.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive performance, focusing on gross margin, nights traveled, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and effective execution of strategies.
Operational Management: Oversee all regional operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and COS.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with your regional and the HQ team to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional plans.
