Most editors find out about it from a Twitter thread. We’re AIVideo.com: a creative studio with our own platform (think Adobe on steroids), which we use every day to produce cutting-edge content for multimillion-dollar brands.

Image, video, voice, music, motion. Whatever your creative brain can dream up, we’re probably already testing it. Now we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Video Editor / AI Creative to help us define what next-gen video looks like.

What you'll be doing Owning videos from idea to final frame.
Paid social, organic, product videos, brand films, UGC and formats we haven't invented yet. Sometimes you’ll get a storyboard. You’ll use generative image and video tools to create the footage you need, then prompt, iterate, composite, retouch and edit until it actually feels intentional. We want someone who sees a new model and immediately thinks: Keeping performance in the room.




You’ll turn performance learnings into stronger hooks, structures, pacing and edits.

You have 5+ years of professional video editing experience and a portfolio or reel that makes us want to keep watching.
You’re highly proficient in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects , with a strong eye for design and visual quality.
You understand short-form content and attention. Your english is good enough to take part in calls, hold conversations, and understand feedback.

Strong motion design, VFX, compositing, color grading or sound design skills.
Experience with high-performing Meta, TikTok or YouTube creative.
The toolkit Premiere Pro · After Effects · Photoshop · AIVideo.com · every image/video/voice/music model worth using · Google Workspace · ClickUp · Discord · macOS · and whatever comes out next month.
