Senior Foreign Trade & Logistics Analyst
Objective
Manage and oversee foreign trade and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with customs, regulatory, and documentation requirements for import and export activities. This role will coordinate with logistics providers and key stakeholders, monitor domestic and international shipments, control financial performance, and drive cost-saving initiatives to ensure an efficient and reliable supply chain.

What will you do?
Review and manage shipping and commercial documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders.
Prepare reports and track operational updates.
Monitor domestic and international shipments.
Coordinate and follow up with 3PL providers and logistics partners.
Ensure customs and regulatory compliance throughout the logistics process.
Analyze forecasts and monitor financial performance indicators.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of foreign trade operations.

What are we looking for?
~ Bachelor's degree in International Trade,



International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
~4 to 5 years of experience in foreign trade, international logistics, or related areas.
~ Advanced English proficiency.
~ Advanced Excel skills.
~ Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS.
~ Knowledge of Mexican customs regulations and non-tariff requirements.
~ Experience working with 3PL providers and logistics partners.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
~ High attention to detail.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
~ Preferred experience in retail, customs brokerage firms, or freight forwarding companies.
~ Availability to work across Cuautitlán, Tepotzotlán, and Toreo under a hybrid work model.
