Are you a technical sales professional with deep experience in SMT, electronics manufacturing, and capital equipment sales ?

At OMRON Inspection Systems , we're looking for an AOI Account Manager to drive business growth across the Southern Region of Mexico, developing new opportunities and expanding our presence in high-potential accounts and market segments.
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who combines technical expertise, strategic account development, and a strong hunter mindset to sell advanced inspection solutions including AOI, AXI, and SPI technologies .

What you'll do
- Drive targeted sales growth across your assigned territory through direct sales and authorized manufacturer's representatives.
- Identify and qualify high-potential target accounts within the EMS/SMT industry .
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies to generate new business and expand OMRON's presence within strategic customers.




- Manage technical sales opportunities with end-user customers at both enterprise and production levels.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders while identifying new applications and business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions aligned with customer manufacturing and inspection requirements.

What we're looking for
- 7+ years of sales experience selling Capital Equipment (USD $100K+) to end-user customers within the EMS/SMT industry .
- Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing and SMT processes , particularly inspection applications.
- Understanding of typical solder and component defects within printed circuit board manufacturing.
- Experience developing new accounts and executing account penetration strategies.
- Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Technical Degree, or equivalent extensive technical experience within the EMS/SMT
