Most editors find out about it from a Twitter thread. You’ll find out because it’s already in your toolbar, or because you or someone on this team created it.

We’re AIVideo.com: a creative studio with our own platform (think Adobe on steroids), which we use every day to produce cutting-edge content for multimillion-dollar brands.

Image, video, voice, music, motion. Whatever your creative brain can dream up, we’re probably already testing it. We’re not “exploring AI.” We build with it.

Now we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Video Editor / AI Creative to help us define what next-gen video looks like.

Someone who understands storytelling, pacing and emotion. Who knows where to cut, what to show, what to remove, when to hold, and increasingly, how to create the footage that didn't exist in the first place.

UGC and formats we haven't invented yet. Sometimes you’ll get a storyboard. Sometimes a script. Sometimes just an idea. We want someone who can take it from there.

Editing with taste.
Pacing, rhythm, storytelling, typography, composition, music, sound design and motion. You know the difference between technically finished and creatively finished.

Creating, not just editing.
You’ll use generative image and video tools to create the footage you need, then prompt, iterate, composite, retouch and edit until it actually feels intentional. AI isn't a slot machine, and one impressive generation isn't the job.

Solving creative problems.
Inconsistent generations, missing shots, weird physics, mediocre source material. You figure it out. Generate it differently. Reframe it. Composite it. Build it manually. Whatever makes the final piece better.

Experimenting constantly.
